Starting Oct 2027. Two separate four-year positions for home-fee paying students (UK/Irish Citizens, Students with EU Right to Remain status). Positions are expected to be advertised in ~Feb 2027, but if interested, please contact Adam via a.clancy[at]ucl.ac.uk beforehand. One project will revolve around developing new chemical reactions on nanomaterials, while the other will focus on pushing newly developed nanomaterials towards applications, with an initial target of gas sensors.
We have space for one self-funded position within the lab to start with the 2027 academic year (first come first served!)
We are happy to help support early career fellowships including 1851 Fellowships and Marie Curie Fellowships. Deadlines vary by scheme, but please get in touch ASAP to help build an applicaiton. Fellows will be encouraged to undertake research independantly, but its always good to provide support and resources where we can.
