Two 4-Year PhD Studentships Upcoming, to Start Oct 2027

Two funded positions starting in the next academic year will soon be open to applications (~Feb 2027). The positions will be fully funded for Home Fee students (e.g., UK/Irish citizens, EU citizens with Right to Remain status). The research will revolve around novel 2D nanomaterials and controlling their chemistry for drug delivery, and gas sensors. Unfortunatelty no PDRA positions are avaialble at this time.

If you are interested in an indepenndant fellowship embedded in the group (Leverhulme, 1851, Royal Acadamy of Engineering, etc) please get in contact with a.clancy[at]ucl.ac.uk, but you will berightfully treated as a PI and not a Postdoc - just one who can steal equipment/materials when needed.
